• Integrated all trading room financial activities into the Kondor+ portfolio management system. This enabled the Bank to improve real-time monitoring of its positions and to strengthen control of trading room activities.
• Analyzed, designed and tested data processing procedures and interface solutions between the front office, back office and accounting systems; as a result, reduced operational risks and improved productivity.
• Designed and automated daily Middle Office controls with respect to calculating profit and loss, risks, currency positions and cash management. This allowed a proactive and rapid response to potential problems.
• Increased the efficiency of the credit application and monitoring process by adding features to the software used, improving data quality and training the people involved.
